Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Wi-Fi smart garage door products. If something isn’t right, this is how we handle returns and refunds.

 

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (Kits Only)

  • You can return unused, unopened Wi-Fi garage door kits within 14 days of delivery.
     

  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, cables, sensors and manuals included.
     

  • Change-of-mind returns are not available for supply-and-install jobs or any product that has already been installed or used.
     

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
     

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, missing parts or develops a fault under normal use:

  • Contact us within 30 days of noticing the issue.
     

  • Provide your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos/video.
     

  • Once assessed, we will repair, replace or refund the item, depending on the situation.
     

  • If the item is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
     

 

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item, or something is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
     

  • We will correct the order and send any missing or replacement items at no extra cost to you.
     

 

4. Supply & Install Jobs (Melbourne)

For Melbourne supply-and-install services:

  • All hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
     

  • Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the installation date.
     

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind once installation has been completed.
     

  • If there is an issue caused by our workmanship, we will return to site to rectify it.
     

 

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return or refund request, please email:

Include:

  • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #XXXX”
     

  • Your full name and contact details
     

  • Order number
     

  • Reason for return
     

  • Photos or video (for damaged or faulty items)
     

Please wait for our instructions and return address before sending anything back.

 

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
     

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
     

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
     

 

7. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duty fees charged on the return.
     

  • Customs, duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable local laws.
