Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been sent.

Australian Shipping – Kit Only

  • Available Australia-wide.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional / remote areas: 5–10 business days

International Shipping – Kit Only

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Estimated delivery times:

  • Generally 7–21 business days, depending on your country and local carrier.

Note: Any customs, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Supply & Install – Melbourne Only

  • If you choose the Supply & Install option, no shipping fee is charged – we bring the kit to your address on the day of installation.

  • Available in Melbourne and selected surrounding suburbs.

  • You’ll select your preferred installation date and time at checkout, and we’ll confirm your booking via email/SMS.

Packaging

  • Each Garage Wi-Fi Kit is packed in a protective box and includes:

  • Wi-Fi smart garage door controller

  • Sensors and wiring (as per kit)

  • Power lead (where applicable)

  • Quick-start installation guide

Tracking & Support

  • All shipped orders include tracking so you can follow your delivery.
