Products & Services
We sell Garage Wi-Fi Kits (kit only) and offer supply & install in Melbourne and selected surrounding suburbs. Product info and photos are provided as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur.
Orders & Payment
Orders are placed online and paid at checkout using the available payment methods. An order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery
All kits are shipped from Melbourne. Shipping costs, timeframes and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. International customers are responsible for any customs or import charges.
Supply & Install (Melbourne Only)
Supply & install is only available in our service area. You must provide safe access to the garage and ensure the door and opener are in reasonable working condition. If we attend and cannot complete the job due to access or safety issues, a call-out or rebooking fee may apply.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle faulty items, returns and replacements.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. If a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
DIY Installation
For kit-only orders, you are responsible for safe and correct installation and checking compatibility with your opener. If unsure, use a licensed professional. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

You agree to use this site lawfully. Content (text, images, logos) is ours or used under licence and must not be copied for commercial use without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
