My sign-in code hasn't arrived

Codes come from noreply@mail.unrealconstructions.com and can take a minute. Check your junk or spam folder, make sure your email address is spelled right, then ask for a new code. Each code works for one hour.

 

How does the free trial work?

Installers get 14 days free. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) starts automatically and is charged to your Apple ID.

 

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. In the app go to Account, then Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then AC Keeper.

 

I got a new phone and the app wants me to subscribe again

Sign in with the same email you used before, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.

 

How do customers join me in the app?

Open an install and use Send to customer. Your customer downloads AC Keeper, chooses home owner and enters the code. One code links every unit you've installed at their address, and they get filter and service reminders.

 

Can a home owner change technician?

Yes. Open the unit and tap Change technician to pick another installer from the list, or remove the link.

 

How do I delete my account?

Installers: Account, then Delete my account. Home owners: Settings, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and records.
